The name inc. photography came about after some discussion amongst Ben, Vince and myself. We wanted to find something that gave a feel for the collective nature of our venture and was also short and snappy. The idea of “inc.” not only came from incorporated but also inclusive. We are going to work together, taking on each others ideas and comments, learning from each other. Nothing and no one will be left out. We also wanted our images and products to include people into photography – that is for their to be something for everyone.
The shortness and flexibity of “inc.” also seemed quite fun and inspired us to think creatively! It seemed to stick with us and we hope it sticks with you.
We will be continuing to develop the brand and its identity. We are still in the early days and have much to learn about this business of capturing light on to pixels then paper..or canvas…or who knows what and sending it to you.
